StructureBank™ is a robust, relational database designed for the storage, management, and comparative analysis of 3-D protein structures. By simply importing your existing sequence and structural information, a scalable solution for your entire enterprise can be easily established. Structural biologists and others can use this database platform to store amino acid sequences, 3-D coordinates, annotations, and associated protein information. Logical query and report generating capabilities are additional features.

StructureBank™ is easy to customize, scale, deploy, maintain, and use. Because StructureBank™ was developed over a five-year period in close collaboration with modelers, structural biologists, and computational chemists at SBI, the graphical user interface is very intuitive.

StructureBank™ supports most industry standards such as PL/SQL, C++, Java, and XML providing an ideal environment for both intranet and internet computing, and development. StructureBank™ relational database suite and computational proteomics tools can be delivered in either IBM's DB2® or Oracle® format, and includes the ProView™ graphical user interface from SBI.
