SBI has created proprietary tools for integrating combinatorial chemistry capabilities with protein structure based drug design. Each CombiLib^TM module is a comprehensive virtual multiconformer combinatorial library, built around one of many drug-like scaffolds. CombiLib^TM modules are searchable by any of the commercial database search engines. The compounds in SBI's CombiLib^TM modules are easily synthesizable using traditional bench chemistry or can be transferred to commercially available combinatorial synthesis machines.
