SAN DIEGO, CA - (January 25, 2001) - Privately-held Structural Bioinformatics, Inc. (SBI) today announced that The R.W. Johnson Pharmaceutical Research Institute (PRI), a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of companies (NYSE: JNJ), has entered into an agreement to obtain access to SBI's X-ray crystallography program to advance PRI's internal drug discovery efforts. The agreement covers several non-disclosed targets to be solved using X-ray crystallography. Financial terms were not disclosed.
