SAN DIEGO, CA - (July 15, 1998) Privately held Structural Bioinformatics Inc. ("SBI") of San Diego, California announced today that it has elected Mr. Arne J. Gillin to its Board of Directors. Mr. Gillin represented Dansk Kapitalanlaeg Aktieselskab in SBI's recent round of financing.
